Quality Statement

WA Fire Protection has adopted a policy, to supply only products and services which have the requisite quality to merit continued customer support. We are registered members of the Fire Protection Association of Australia and we comply with their Code of Practice FPAA001-2000 for the Installation and Maintenance of Fire Protection Equipment.

For the business to prosper it must have good management and practices, well-trained and committed staff and a base of satisfied customers. The demand for supplying quality services and products should come from existing customers as well as prospective clients, based on our reputation. In order to achieve service excellence, management ensures that all members of staff execute their duties on time and in a professional and polite manner.

To support our staff in delivering service excellence, WA Fire Protection has adopted a Quality Control System, which is in accordance with the Australian Standards (AS) and ISO 9001 - 9003. It also cover the requirements of AS 1851-2005, which provides details for the maintenance of portable fire equipment.

It is therefore not only a personal commitment but a requirement for each member of staff to work in accordance with the articles of our Quality Assurance Manual, to contribute, where possible, towards the improvement of service and to promote the Quality System to clients both current and potential.

All staff have free access to the Quality Manual and it is available to clients upon request.
